Potential – MONTH - 02

WEST -

As the West is the place of Sprouting and The Give Away as well as being a "Looking Inside Place", these will be the ongoing influences for the Potential of this month. The West is also the direction where one formulates and chooses a Plan that is to be realized when one goes to the North.

First to be considered is that This Month carries with it the Medicine of the number Two which is Union. So This Month, there will be a natural energy and Desire to enjoin with others. It is also an optimum time therefore to find a new partner, or new forms of personal expression such as Occupation, or other types of past time activity. One can consider this to also be still the South part of the Year and therefore of Seed Planting, Resource Gathering, and making new starts. Therefore this combined energy will inspire many to feel a Heightened sense of Purpose and well as Expectation. So, Beware of Building too much Bark on Tree (Ego) during this period.

Remember in the Medicine and Proper Way it is important that one does not invest in the outcome, but only in the motive and method instead. Therefore, this is a month to Be very active and focused in pursuit of one's objectives both near and long term, including bettering the conditions about one's home, relationships, occupation, money supply, and comfort. This is also a month that all creative endeavors will be positively rewarded, especially those that Walk in Balance and With Harm to No One Being or Thing. This can be a great month as well to lift the spirits of all those beings and things of one's Care. This can be easily accomplished by simply offering one's support as well as expressing one's value and respect.

This second Month carries with it a heightened awareness of public issues and outcries. This means that the Union of beings can and should do what is Proper and necessary to effect West Medicine which is a Metamorphosis, of the Prevalent Culture into something more Proper. This includes bringing forth a change in societal values and support that is about evenness as well as caretaking of All of that which the Creator has provided us. While many feel threatened by the collapse of the Prevalent Culture as evidenced by economic failures globally, more Proper uses of resources can quickly be implemented and should begin now. And yes, The Prevalent Culture is all about Hierarchical Structures and positioning in its Religion of Materialism and no one can win that game.

There will be more activity felt as Mother Earth expresses herself primarily the Northern and equatorial regions during this period. Fire as well as water will become a greater problem and concern, globally.

Since the West is the Place of the Giveaway and Plan as well as Metamorphosis One will have an ample supply of energy and support in getting things done as well as decided upon in this Second Month. Yep, This is a great month especially for making decisions, changes, and things to come or happen, so have a happy heart as well as feet in it!

The Color of this month is BLACK which has a Medicine of Direction, and a resonance to Growth and Focus. The Animal Spirit is that of the FOX which has the Medicine of being of Adaptability, Independence, as well as Creativity in developing resources for self. The Plant Spirit is that of the SPRUCE with a Medicine of Sharing and the Collective Will. The Mineral Spirit is that of JADE which has the Medicine of Fortune or the Constancy of Change. The Consciousness or Word for the month is Yeh-Kasch-Na-Ho or Let it now Begin! and the Sound for the month is Kee-Oh.

This is the Month to:

Let go of the limits,

Imposed by maintaining one’s Attitudes of the Past.

And instead,

Embrace Change in them,

So as to Realize a much greater,

Potential in oneself and the All for the Future!
